If you like pies, tarts and any other fruit dessert, this book is definitely for you. It is divided by season and then fruit, with several different recipes for your favorite fruit. From pear pie to strawberry tarts to more exotic desserts such as ones with rhubarb and persimmons, there’s a little something for everything.
This book also comes with beautiful, delectable photos of each dessert and all the different fruits.
One recipe I’m excited to try is strawberry ice cream sandwiches with cacao nib and poppyseed cookies. I’ll be sure to post any attempts I make.
