If I wrote a cookbook, it would be just like this, but this book is so much better than anything I could attempt. The author has worked in many different settings with many different vegetables and is definitely what I would call an expert when it comes to vegetables.
All vegetables you’ve ever heard of and some you haven’t are featured in this book. Each one has its own section with gorgeous pictures and instructions on how to prepare and cook them. Each section also has information on the season the vegetable is available, the different varieties, how to select and store them, and what foods and flavors go best with them.
This is a beautiful book you should definitely check out if you like food and cooking, and it would make a great gift for any cooks in your life.
