Menu Monday – January 18

Happy snow day! Not really, I wish there was no snow, but at least I can stay inside. Plus my husband is off today for MLK Day. That’s one less day to make sure we have leftovers too.

I made some stir fry last night from my stockpile. I used the frozen vegetables I got for $0.80 per bag, the bottle of stir fry sauce I got a good deal on and rice.

Meals for the rest of this week:

I think I have a pretty good mix of meals for this week when it comes to proteins, and the fact that there are vegetables in every meal. It’s definitely something I’m working on.

Dinner ingredients came out to $22.42 for the week. That’s a lot of produce plus the shrimp and tortellini.
