Tasty Tuesday – Green Beans, Chicken and Potatoes

Time for another one-step, throw in the oven and forget it recipe! If you like the whole ‘meat, vegetables and potato’ kind of dish, this is for you.
Snap the ends off the beans and place them on one side of a large baking dish.

Chop up a few potatoes, I used 2 largeish ones, and put them on the other side. You can peel them if you want, I just don’t bother. Put chicken thighs or breasts down the middle.

Slice one stick of butter (never said this was overly healthy) and distribute on top. Sprinkle on the seasonings of your choice. You can use a packet of Italian dressing mix, or whatever you’d like. I used salt and pepper, onion powder, paprika and thyme.

Bake for an hour, and dinner is served. Easy enough.
