Alright, I kind of fell off the wagon on my exercising goals, but I’m back now.
I’ve been looking for easy workout videos that weren’t too much out of my league, and I think I finally found the one to stick with for now. It’s just a seven minute workout, but it really kicks my butt into gear. It’s perfect for a beginner that’s out of shape, and it’s customizable a bit to make it easier or harder. For example, I don’t use dumbbells just yet, and I modify some of the moves to make them doable but still effective. I hope to work up to doing them as directed. That plank at the end kills me though!
Hopefully I can keep this up and get into shape!
