Tasty Tuesday – Hummus Chicken

My husband hates hummus. But for some reason when it’s baked onto chicken, he likes it. Considering how much I love chickpeas and like hummus, this makes a no-brainer, easy meal.


It doesn’t get any easier. Put your chicken into a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Spread hummus on top. You can squeeze lemon juice on them too but I didn’t have any. I sprinkled paprika on top.


Bake for about half an hour at 450. Tada, dinner is done. I served it with some mashed potatoes.

This is easy to customize by buying different flavors of hummus. I used garlic flavored hummus. I bet it would also be amazing with homemade.
