Tasty Tuesday – Crispy Baked Chicken

Here’s another super easy weeknight chicken dinner for you!
I started with four chicken thighs, bone and skin included.


After combining some spices in a small container, like pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme and oregano, I shook them on the chicken.


Bake for one hour at 350. Serve with a side of rice or potatoes.

It doesn’t get much easier and the chicken has a nice texture and taste. The skin is slightly crispy but not crunchy.
