Fitness Friday – New Challenge

Last week I posted a new challenge I was going to begin, the Squat Circuit challenge. Yesterday was day 3 and it’s very intense. I won’t be able to complete it on time with my wedding and all, but hopefully I’ll start seeing some results by then.

I decided not to restart the plank challenge because honestly it sucks. I hate planks and life is too short to do stuff you hate like that.

      1. Ouch! I did squats, dead lifts, wall sits and lunges and I am in PAIN!! (But I still went for my early morning fitness walk) 🙂
