I haven’t made this in a while but it was always on our list of favorite dishes. It’s a one pot meal, so minimal clean up, plus it’s so tasty. With few, whole food ingredients, it’s decently healthy as well. I’m sure one could contest the healthiness of turkey sausage but as an occasional thing it isn’t bad.
Sliced the sausage and gathered my other ingredients: pasta, diced tomatoes and homemade chicken stock. Not pictured: milk, and cheese (because I was out! Didn’t realize that until I started cooking!)
