This book was released on June 2nd, 2015 and I got a copy courtesy of NetGalley.
This is a cookbook focusing on America’s dairy farmers. It features spotlights on various farms, and information on different breeds of cows plus recipes from dairy farm families that involve fresh dairy products like milk, cheese, cream and more.
I love the idea of this book. It focuses a lot on the concept of farm-to-table and fresh ingredients. The book features a ton of gorgeous pictures of the recipes and cows and life on the farm.
Definitely check this book out for a collection of wholesome meals with real ingredients. I’ll be cooking a recipe from it later on this week, so keep an eye out for it.
